Woo Hoo!!
The last three episodes are done and awaiting veiwing. Just pop into the M7 page and you'll find the caps for Lady Killers, Obsession and of course, Serpents.
Click on Site Tips in the navigation bar for some...er...tips about using the pictures.
Now that it's all done I hope that people continue find this site useful and even entertaining. I'm planning on adding some pics of the M7 boys in other roles if possible, as well as a few more Sentinel bits and pieces.
Enjoy!

Two more M7 episodes up for viewing. Achilles and Penance. At this rate I might just have the series completed by early next month!
December 31, 2003
Just in time for the New Year! Four more sets of screencaps covering Wagon Train Parts 1 & 2, The Trial and Chinatown.
Just a reminder: Some of the pictures appear very dark. In a few cases I've adjusted the gamma/brightness on the captures but for the most part I've left them as they were when capped. This because a) it's a very time consuming task to go through and adjust each and every pic. I've tried to do it in batches but the original images are not uniform in tone anyway and b) my idea of 'correct' brightness might not be the same as another persons, so it is better to let you fix it yourself. If you have problems - I'm just an email away.

It's been a while but I'm getting back into the swing of capping.
Three lots of Magnificent Seven screencaps added this time - for the episodes Sins of The Past, Love & Honour and Vendetta. The Sins of the Past caps have actually been available for a couple of months - I just hadn't got to put notice up on this site.
The next couple of episodes up for capping are Wagon Train Parts 1 & 2. I'm hoping to do those over the next couple of weekends so they can be posted together. Fellow Aussie fans will probably appreciate what I mean when I say I don't leave the characters hanging midway through the story :-)
Since it's been a while between postings. I thought I'd replay a few of the site tips - and add a couple of new ones.
1) Don't rush. They are going to be on site for quite some time so there's no need to grab everything at once. This is meant to be a resource. Bookmark the site and browse later.
2) Don't download every pic if you don't need it. If everyone starts trying to copy the pics the bandwidth goes out the window and the webhost sends me niggly little letters saying I've exceed my quota and I can't get in for the rest of the month :-)
3) The screencap process I use has created a small black band across the top of each image. If you know how to crop an image it's easily removed. If you have any problems just ask me and I'll help out.
4) Some of the pictures appear very dark.
5) When moving between the pages of pictures for each episode, please use the 'back' button on your browser to move back to the main M7 page rather than the 'Home' link on the bottom of the page. This is only because that the process used to create the web pages only links back to a parent directory. I have go in and adjust the code for each page - another time consuming task that I'm saving for a day when I'm really, *really* bored.
April 20, 2003
Screencaps for The New Law have been added to the M7 episodes page.
Feburary 13, 2003
Screencaps for Inmate 78 have been added to the M7 episodes page.
Feburary 2, 2003
All the lost images have been uploaded to the site. Thank goodness for back-ups.
Screencaps for Manhunt have been added to the M7 episodes page. I plan on doing Inmate 78 next weekend and that should bring me up to the end of the 'first season' and that will be the last until I get back from overseas in early April.
Feburary 1, 2003
A couple of 'fix-ups'.
Unbeknownst to me the website where I had the pics for Ghosts of the Confederacy disappeared. No idea why - according to Topcities I don't exist! This means a number of my links are no longer working - including the Anthony Starke pics and much of The Sentinel images.
I was planning on moving all the images to this site eventually - I just didn't plan to do it *now*. I hope I can get them all fixed up within the next week or so but if not it'll have to wait until April as I'm going to out of the country for a while.
For now I've updated Ghosts of the Confederacy and I've fixed a minor problem with The Collector - some of the larger images were missing.
January 19, 2003
It's been a while since the last update and my only excuse is the burdens of real life and other distractions. Will you forgive me if I say there's 3 new lots of M7 screencaps to view?
Screencaps for Witness , Nemesis and The Collector have been posted to the Magnificent Seven episodes page. Still haven't learned the art of restraint in capping *g* - Witness runs to over a thousand pics. You can blame Tony Starke for that...there's just so many good 'Ezra' shots and I am a self confessed Brigadear :-)
He's not alone though, the other characters get a work out as well. For example, I had to cut out about 100 snaps of Josiah out of The Collector - and it was darn hard, there's just so many good expressionable close ups of him in that ep.
I'm going on extended holiday leave in less than a month and I'll be overseas in England for 5 weeks after that so I know I'm going to be distracted until at least the end of April.
I seriously hope to have the final two eps of 'season one' done before I go away. Cross your fingers for me :-)
November 10, 2002
Back again - with a couple of minor changes to the site and not one but *two* M7 episodes added to the galllery.
I've moved the first couple of 'update notices' to an archive page and I've placed the 'mission statement' on a separate page, along with the site tips - you know, the bit that says "please don't overload my bandwidth" :-)
Screencaps for both Working Girls and Safecracker have been posted to the Magnificent Seven page. I'm still capping way too many pics (2787 for Safecracker!) but I'm getting better at trimming them down - 854 for Safecracker and I still managed to maintain the 'story'. As I've said before, I like to think of these collections as pictorials of the episodes as well as an artistic resource so I guess I shouldn't really complain :-)
I'm quite pleased with the way the caps are turning out. Got a few nice ones of Ezra in that infamous purple dress in Working Girls *g*. Looking at them, I'm actually thinking of doing a collage based around it...I'm kinda sorry there wasn't a good full length shot of him in that getup.
Safecracker was a bit of a challenge as the climatic scene takes place in the night. The other thing about the episode is the camera angles. I'm not sure why the director opted for the diagonal sweeps, but in a curious way they work...especially in those night shots, and they do provide a few strong 'location' pics.
With luck I'll be able to do another ep this week. I'm finding it takes me at least three days to do one ep - including the capping, culling and uploading and all the sundry distractions in between. I also want to get some Sentinel related caps fixed up too, so I might concerned on them this next weekend. Anyways - notice of updates will be posted to all the usual lists. :-)
October 25, 2002
It's been a while since the last update but I now have all of the Magnificent Seven on VCD so I'll be screencaping like crazy. BIG hugs to Deslea for transfering them to disk for me - poor gal had to endure weekend of Mag 7 (admit it girl...it wasn't that bad *g*).
You'll notice that the url for this site has changed. I finally took the plunge and registered myself a domain. I then signed up a webhost that offered a nice sizeable hunk of webspace and here I am. At this time a number of the screencap galleries are still hosted at the Topcitie site - it will take me a while to transfer them all accross (especially the Ghosts of The Confederacy pics) but the main index and link pages are here.
Getting back to the Magnificent Seven caps - I'd like to be able to do an episode a week but even I realise that's a little unrealistic given other Net and real life committments, so I'm hoping to upload a new ep each fortnight. I'd like to take this opportunity again to thank Graculus (Paula) for the wonderfully clear tapes. The clarity and colour are execellent - among the best I think we'll see until we can convince TPTB to bring the series out on DVD.
The caps for 'One Day Out West' have been posted. You'll find them listed under the Mag 7 episodes link in the navigation box. I'm feeling rather proud of myself - I managed to cut a total of 2030 images down to 917. That's a major achievement for me *g*. I'm particularly pleased about having a couple of good pics of Gloria Potter. Just remember - my screencap process does leave an annoying little line at the top of the pic but any and every graphic software will help you trim that off in no time :-)
September 21, 2002
The last screen caps for 'Ghosts of The Confederacy' are finally up for viewing. I worked out that there's 3192 pictures in all.
...I've really got to learn restraint - at this rate I'll use up all my webspace in 2 episodes *g*.
The only other M7 episode I have on disk at the moment is 'Serpents' so I'll be working on capping that over the few weeks or so. I'm hoping to get the rest of the M7 episdes onto disk soon and then I'll try and cap one episode per fornight. Oh...and I've got some TS related pics to post, but again, I'll stagger the postings so as not to overload the bandwidith.
